EditX provides:

  • Mentorship / support (if included in the plan)

All services are delivered digitally unless stated otherwise.

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • You will not share login credentials with others

  • You will not resell, redistribute, or pirate course content

  • You will use the platform only for personal learning purposes

  • You will maintain respectful behavior in community/groups

Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Training materials

  • Templates

are the property of Creagenix Academy and are protected by copyright laws.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Screen recording & reselling

  • Uploading to Telegram / YouTube / any platform

  • Sharing course access

Legal action may be taken for misuse.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before accessing the course

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Any offers or discounts are time-limited and non-transferable

6. Access Duration

  • Course access validity will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase

  • Lifetime access (if promised) applies only to the purchased version of the course

  • Future updates may or may not be included depending on the plan

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Income results

  • Client acquisition

  • Business success

Your results depend on:

  • Your effort

  • Consistency

8. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to:

REFUND POLICY

1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access is granted.

2. Exceptions (Optional – Use only if you want flexibility)

Refund may be considered ONLY if:

  • Duplicate payment is made

  • Technical issue from our side prevents access (and cannot be resolved)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Failure to attend sessions

  • Misunderstanding of course content

4. Chargeback Policy

If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting support:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent ban from all services

  • Legal action if necessary

LAW OF JURISDICTION

All disputes and legal matters arising out of any transaction or usage of this website,
including payments processed through our integrated payment gateway, shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
By using our services and proceeding with any payment, the user agrees to comply with
the applicable laws of India and acknowledges Bengaluru, Karnataka, India as the designated legal jurisdiction
